Accounting Supervisor

As a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Prepare standalone financial statements under US GAAP/IFRS for group entities in various geographies, including necessary disclosures. - Assist in the consolidation of group financial statements per US GAAP/IFRS, analyzing consolidation adjustments and preparing elimination journals. - Ensure monthly and closing activities are completed as per timelines, including adherence to cut-off procedures and variance analysis. - Manage the timely closure of group statutory audit, collaborating with stat auditors to address audit observations. - Establish controls for inventory & fixed assets and ensure compliance with internal financial reporting controls. - Support global tax compliance by providing necessary information to tax consultants. - Assist in drafting accounting policies and memos under IFRS and US GAAP. - Conduct intercompany reconciliations and compile Related Party Transaction (RPT) schedules. - Aid in cost accounting activities, including identifying Direct costs, Cost Drivers, and performing Activity Based Costing. - Calculate costs for SaaS and RaaS verticals at the customer/project level, as well as for Hardware Products using various analysis techniques. Additionally, you should meet the following requirements: - Qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in Big 4/large accounting firms. - Proficient in IFRS, US GAAP, and Ind AS. - Strong financial knowledge, accounting principles, and consolidation techniques. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with a listed organization would be advantageous. - Working knowledge of ERP/NetSuite.
