The Workday Analyst will be responsible for managing and overseeing the business process configuration, governance, and controls within Workday. This role is essential for ensuring that all security configuration is aligned with the organizations compliance, audit and operational standards. This role will collaborate with Financial Systems, HR, IT, and Compliance teams, monitor service requests and support Workday releases/process. This role is also responsible for obtaining approvals for security changes and ensuring system integrity through testing and documentation. What You Will Do Administer the organizations Workday securities (User-based, Role-based and Integration (ISSG)) to provide least privileged access and minimal maintenance Implement security controls and assist in periodic reviews in accordance with audit requirements, data privacy laws, and organizational policies. About the Role The People Technology team is responsible for managing the entire people tech landscape which includes multiple Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll (U.S. and Canada), Absence, Time-Tracking, GreyT HR (India HRIS), iCIMS (ATS), Lattice, ADP, Sana and Culture Amp. This team builds and maintains business processes, integrations and is responsible for driving and executing the roadmap across our People tech landscape. What Youll Accomplish Serve as the primary administrator for Inbound and Outbound integrations with Workday, responsible for development, maintenance, data loads, upgrades and optimization of systems with the People technology landscape.
