Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Operations lead at Simply Phoolish in South Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the business, overseeing projects and sales, and utilizing their analytical skills to improve business efficiency and profitability. We are looking for an able candidate to streamline business operations and help grow the business via optimising current processes and help build SOPs. Candidate must have - Excellent communication skills (english, hindi) - Advanced MS excel knowledge - Critical thinking & problem solving mindset Job Role Specifics Optimize operations for the business including setting up MIS reporting and primarily managing the following functions: Inventory Management Order Management (timely dispatch and deliveries) Workplace management (workspace, team management) Managing the backend for events smoothly Tracking Net Promoter Score Prepare, analyse and share periodic (daily, weekly, monthly) operational reports , identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes in the store workflow or related processes. Handle Customer Relationship Management for both B2C & B2B clients , this includes end to end tracking & closing of all queries & complaints in relation to our terms of service. Ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and in good working condition Create a healthy and encouraging work environment by promoting the sharing of ideas for best practices and taking out time for team building exercises regularly. Oversee visual merchandising and ensuring that the workshop and storage spaces are well-maintained, hygienic and visually appealing. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. Showcase and execute strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently within tight deadlines. Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Ideating for and executing a B2B sales strategy along with the founders to drive business growth.
We’re looking for a design intern to join our Phoolish crew and help turn words, ideas, and campaigns into visuals that make people stop scrolling If you’re someone who loves design, knows your way around Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator (and maybe even Premiere Pro or After Effects), and can translate copy into strong, witty visuals – this one’s for you. Role & Responsibilities You’ll be working closely with our team to bring our concepts and tone to life visually. Your role will include: Designing creatives for social media (posts, carousels, stories). Creating templates and graphics for campaigns and brand communication. Designing offline collaterals (gift tags, postcards, flyers, etc.). Helping us with Packaging Designs Supporting on-ground campaigns and shoots when needed. Exploring illustration, animation, or motion design to add freshness to our feed (a plus, not mandatory). What We’re Looking For A design student (or recent grad) who enjoys blending copy + visuals. Someone who can take a brief + reference and translate it into fresh, eye-catching design. Comfort with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, firefly suite (bonus if you can edit video in Premiere Pro/After Effects). Core Skill Set: Accounting, Financial Management, Data Analysis, MIS Reporting What you build: Establish and maintain robust accounting processes, manage day-to-day financial operations, and provide crucial financial insights to help scale Simply Phoolish. You'll work directly with the founders to ensure financial integrity and compliance. This is a full-time Accounts Executive role responsible for managing all accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and providing regular financial insights to the management team. The Executive will be based out of our dispatch centre in New Delhi. What you will do Manage end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance Process and track all client invoices ensuring timely collections and maintaining proper documentation Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including creditor and debtor ledgers Maintain communication with said creditors & debtors based on transaction volume & history Prepare and present weekly MIS reports with detailed financial insights Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash flow records Reconcile e-commerce and payment gateway ledgers bi weekly Monitor and track all business expenses and ensure proper documentation Coordinate with external stakeholders including chartered accountants and tax consultants Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations including TDS, GST and any other legally required compliance Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for better decision-making Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements What you will need Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting or related field 3-4 years of experience in accounting and financial management Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Advance skills in accounting software (tally / ERP) and MS Excel Understanding of GST and other relevant tax regulations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work Good communication skills in English and Hindi Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Experience in e-commerce accounting is a plus Salary budget is 5-6 LPA
