Role Objective

To support and streamline import operations, ensure data accuracy, follow approval-based processes, and maintain MIS & documentation discipline under the guidance of the Procurement / Supply Chain Head.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end import process coordination (post price finalization)

Maintain and update import-related MIS in Excel & ERP

Track contracts, shipments, documents, and payment milestones

Coordinate with CHA, logistics, accounts, and internal teams

Ensure 100% data accuracy across ERP, Excel, and documentation

Strictly follow approval and escalation protocols

Proactively flag delays, mismatches, or deviations

Support audit, compliance, and reporting requirements

Key Skills Required

Strong logical thinking & process orientation

Good working knowledge of MS Excel

Comfortable with repetitive and detail-oriented work

Willingness to learn import documentation & operations

Clear communication and coordination skills

High integrity and respect for hierarchy & approvals

Behavioural Expectations (Very Important)

Must NOT bypass approvals

Must be comfortable escalating issues rather than taking shortcuts

Disciplined, structured, and reliable

Willing to learn patiently for 12–24 months
