Job Title: Sales Coordinator Location: Dehradun Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1 year - 1.5 years Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal , strong Excel skills , and excellent communication and coordination abilities. This role involves managing backend sales operations, customer coordination, order processing, and supporting tender/bid documentation on GEM. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with clients, sales teams, and internal departments for smooth order execution. Manage and maintain the GEM portal, including bid submission, product listings, and vendor compliance. Track and follow up on leads generated through GEM and other government channels. Prepare and maintain sales reports, purchase orders, and quotation documents using MS Excel. Monitor bid timelines and ensure timely submissions. Assist in documentation for tenders, contracts, and government-related sales processes. Maintain and update the customer database and order status reports. Coordinate logistics, dispatch, and post-sale service support. Resolve customer queries in coordination with the sales team. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field. 1-1.5 years of experience in a sales coordination or back-office sales role. Hands-on experience with the GEM portal is a must. Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning, etc.). Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience working with tenders and government procurement is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Excel or data analysis. Prior experience in B2G (Business to Government) sales operations.
