Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at our Noida office. The Human Resources Intern will assist in various HR tasks, including supporting HR management, enforcing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and participating in personnel management activities. The intern will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth operations and gain valuable industry experience.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Understanding of HR Policies and Procedures
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Pursuing or having a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
