Role Overview

HR Intern

This is a high-energy, hands-on internship for someone who loves structure but thrives in a creative, startup-style environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in

  talent sourcing and recruitment

  for event, marketing, and brand roles.
• Support

  onboarding

  of full-time and event-based staff.
• Maintain

  employee and vendor databases

  , attendance records, and HR files.
• Help design and execute

  team engagement and culture-building activities

  .
• Support HR documentation, communication, and reporting processes.
• Coordinate HR logistics during exhibitions (vendor coordination, staff scheduling, etc.).

Preferred Skills & Qualities

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for

  luxury, fashion, or lifestyle industries

  .
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a

  fast-paced, event-driven

  environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

Eligibility

• Graduate or pursuing degree in

  HR, Business Administration, or related field

  .
• Available full-time,

  Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM)

  at our

  Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon

  office.
• Internship Duration:

  3–6 months
