What You’ll Do: As our HR Lead , you’ll be the go-to person for all things 'People' —from operations to strategy. You’ll work closely with the founders and leadership team to shape a scalable and high-performing organization. Your responsibilities will include: Leading end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Driving policy creation , compliance, and documentation Managing employee engagement , performance tracking, and feedback systems Designing and refining HR SOPs and internal processes Overseeing day-to-day HR operations like attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and documentation Supporting learning & development and career path planning Ensuring smooth execution of appraisals and reviews What We’re Looking For: Between 2-5 years of hands-on HR experience (start-up/tech/engineering company experience is a plus) Strong understanding of core HR functions: recruitment, compliance, employee lifecycle, and engagement Proactive mindset, people-first approach, and the ability to work independently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented Why Join Us?
