What You’ll Do:

HR Lead

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading

  end-to-end recruitment

  and onboarding processes
• Driving

  policy creation

  , compliance, and documentation
• Managing

  employee engagement

  , performance tracking, and feedback systems
• Designing and refining

  HR SOPs

  and internal processes
• Overseeing day-to-day

  HR operations

  like attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and documentation
• Supporting

  learning & development

  and career path planning
• Ensuring smooth execution of

  appraisals and reviews

What We’re Looking For:

• Between 2-5 years of

  hands-on HR experience

  (start-up/tech/engineering company experience is a plus)
• Strong understanding of core HR functions: recruitment, compliance, employee lifecycle, and engagement
• Proactive mindset, people-first approach, and the ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented
