Human Resources Lead

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources Lead to manage end-to-end HR operations and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, compliance, and HR policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster positive workplace culture
• Manage performance appraisal processes and improvement plans
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure statutory and legal compliance
• Plan, coordinate, and track training and development programs
• Prepare and present HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
• 5–8 years of overall HR experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Experience in the education, training, or services sector is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹95,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
