Iravan Technologies, headquartered in Pune, is a semiconductor design services company specializing in Mixed-Signal, Digital, and Formal Verification. We partner with leading companies across Storage, Networking, Aerospace, Automotive, Defense, and other critical industries to deliver advanced semiconductor solutions.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and
onboarding.
Support HR operations including documentation, HRMS updates, and employee records
management.
Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Coordinate with managers and employees to support learning & development initiatives.
Maintain HRIS records, support human resource planning and policy implementation.
Handle general office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.
Strong interest in Human Resources, talent acquisition /management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
A proactive and collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn.
