• Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination with accuracy.
• Plan and execute engagement initiatives that keep our teams motivated and connected.
• Handle employee communication and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Keep HR policies updated and ensure smooth compliance processes.
• Collaborate with management on people strategy and culture improvement.

Who You Are

• You have at least 1 year of experience in HR operations, preferably in a digital or creative environment.
• You’re organized, approachable, and driven by people growth.
• You have excellent communication and multitasking skills.
