Our mission is to bring farming into the future by telling stories that inspire, educate, and spark a change in the way people think about food, sustainability, and the earth Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Kryzen Biotech, located in Wakad,Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Other day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to clients. Overcome objections and professionally address client concerns. Customer Relationship Management: Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries, and resolving issues promptly. Regularly follow up with existing clients to ensure product satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities. Sales Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets in the CRM system. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for management review. Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track and report on sales performance, ensuring goals are achieved and identifying areas for improvement. Handling Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer experience. Address any concerns raised by clients and ensure timely resolution. Location: Wakad, Pune (The position is full-time at Wakad, Pune. Candidates from different cities will have to relocate.)

Job Summary:- We are looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Social Media professional to manage and grow our brand’s online presence. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation, video editing, and community engagement, with a deep understanding of social media trends, analytics, and storytelling. Location: Wakad, Pune Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 1-2 years Joining: Immediate Key Roles & Responsibilities:- 1.Social Media Strategy & Planning Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with brand objectives. Plan monthly content calendars in coordination with the marketing team. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities. 2. Content Creation, Editing & Management Create engaging, high-quality content (text, images, videos, reels, shorts, stories, etc.). Edit videos, reels, shorts, and BTS (Behind-the-Scenes) content to align with brand tone and campaign goals. Work with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers for creative requirements. Manage posting schedules across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). 3. Community Engagement Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly. Foster a positive community and encourage user-generated content. Engage with influencers, partners, and relevant online communities. 4. Campaign Management Plan and execute paid ad campaigns to boost reach and conversions. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results. Coordinate with the marketing team for product launches, promotions, and events. 5. Analytics & Reporting Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (reach, engagement, followers, CTR, conversions, etc.). Use insights to improve content performance and strategy. Prepare monthly performance reports for management review. Qualifications Experience in Video Production and Video Editing Skills in Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics Proficiency in Graphics software and tools Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment
