○ Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviews, and offers).
○ Coordinate smooth onboarding & induction programs.
○ Design and execute engagement activities (Cultural events, recognition programs, and many more).
○ Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
○ Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HRMS updates.
○ Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, bonus, etc.).
○ Support appraisal cycles and performance review processes.
○ Assist managers in creating growth & development plans, including report generation.
○ Draft, implement, and update HR policies & SOPs.
○ Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
○ Address employee grievances with empathy and confidentiality.
○ Act as a bridge between employees and management.
● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
● 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in IT/Tech companies.
● Strong knowledge of recruitment, compliance, payroll, and engagement activities.
● Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office & HR software tools.
● Problem-solving, adaptability, and a people-first approach.
