HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Conduct first-round interviews using role clarity and competency-based evaluation sheets.
Handle structured onboarding, inductions, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
Maintain attendance, leave records, HR reporting sheets, appraisal data, and employee MIS.
Plan and coordinate staff trainings, meetings, agendas, MoMs, and internal communication.
Support employee engagement: events, activities, recognition, surveys, grievance handling.
Extract reports from various departments, validate data, and present trends to management
Ensure HR policy implementation, compliance, confidentiality, and process discipline.

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills and a people-first approach.
Good hand in
Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and HR software systems
.
Ability to coordinate, follow-up, and manage tasks with accuracy.
High ownership, integrity, and attention to detail.
Comfortable with structured processes, documentation, and reporting.
A quick learner who enjoys building systems and improving culture.
