We are looking for a young and energetic HR Recruiter for our real estate/construction company!

Position: Executive /Senior Executive – HR (Recruitment)

Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Experience: 1 - 4 years in end to end recruitment

Role & Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment

• Sourcing Profiles

• Screening & Scheduling

• Employee Payroll Support

• On boarding Support

• Asset Allocation Coordination

• Any additional tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager / HOD

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly for mid to senior-level roles.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Knowledge of recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media sourcing.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory
