Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Safety, located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager Safety will be responsible for overseeing and implementing occupational health and safety programs, conducting safety training for staff, and ensuring compliance with environment health and safety (EHS) regulations. The role also involves investigating accidents to identify their causes and implementing measures to prevent future incidents, and developing and maintaining industrial safety protocols.

Qualifications

Occupational Health and Safety Training skills
Environment Health and Safety (EHS) knowledge and experience
Accident Investigation and Industrial Safety skills
Ability to develop and implement safety protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
Experience in construction or real estate industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
