Job Description

The position available is for an HR Generalist located in Churchgate with the option for hybrid work. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in the Digital Marketing, Advertising, or Creative industry. You will report directly to the Head of People and Culture and work full-time. In this role, you will have a dual responsibility split equally between recruitment and HR operations. On the recruitment side, you will collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend staffing needs, create engaging job descriptions, source and screen candidates, manage interview logistics, and maintain recruitment metrics. Additionally, you will establish a robust talent pipeline for future requirements. On the HR Generalist side, you will oversee onboarding processes, uphold accurate employee records, drive engagement through various activities, support performance appraisals, ensure consistent policy implementation, handle employee inquiries, and participate in cross-functional training efforts. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field and possess over 3 years of HR experience, ideally within a digital agency or creative setting. Strong recruitment skills, familiarity with employee lifecycle management, excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, organizational skills, multitasking capabilities, and proficiency in HRMS tools are essential. Experience with AI in recruitment or HR automation tools is considered advantageous.,
