Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Consultant based in Ahmedabad. The consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, advising clients on HR management strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role requires regularly interacting with MSME clients, understanding their HR needs, and delivering solutions to enhance their workforce and organizational effectiveness. The consultant will also support in talent acquisition, training program development, and addressing workforce challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Proficiency in designing and implementing HR Policies and best practices
• Experience in managing Employee Relations and handling workplace issues effectively
• Understanding of Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to ensure compliance
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with clients and provide customized solutions for their HR needs
• Experience in training and development or consulting for MSME businesses is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
