Key Responsibilities:


Project Management

  • Assist consultants in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Conduct research and prepare background materials for project proposals.
  • Prepare weekly tasks and the monthly review sheet
  • Manage project documentation and deliverables according to timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Sales and operations, to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Track project deliverables and report any roadblocks or deviations.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the project objectives.

HR Strategy and Planning

  • Assess client HR frameworks and align them with business objectives.
  • Develop strategic HR plans to address talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning.
  • Identify gaps in the organizational structure and recommend solutions.
  • Create HR policies and frameworks that promote a healthy work culture

Data Gathering and Analysis

  • Define requirements based on project needs and scope.
  • Conduct process mapping and analysis to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of existing Human Resources processes.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas for improvement in client’s HR practices, documents, policies, and procedures.
  • Visualize information and data insights using charts, graphs, and other informative formats.

Talent Management

  • Assist in conducting job analyses to define job roles and requirements.
  • Participate in talent acquisition activities, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Provide expertise in specific HR areas such as talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and training & development.

Solution Development and Implementation

  • Evaluate solutions and develop HR strategies aligned with the client’s goals and project objectives, considering industry trends and best practices.
  • Assist clients in designing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures that comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Draft presentations and reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and potential impact.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants and technical teams to develop implementation plans.
  • Assist with implementing HR-related changes to ensure employee engagement and monitor effectiveness.
  • Ensure all deliverables are finalized, knowledge is transferred, and project documentation is archived.
