The Analyst will be responsible for managing and writing proposals, handling Request for Proposals (RFPs), analyzing data for proposal development, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. Full Time Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing/ Journalism or Public Relations/ Communications from reputed institute /Universities. Minimum 3 Years of Experience of working in the field of marketing/ journalism/ communication etc. with any department of State/ Central govt./ PSUs or any nationally reputed Private Sector organisation. Conduct a comprehensive review of existing social media channels, posts, engagement rates, community sentiment, and competitor benchmarks. Craft a tailored social media strategy by undertaking sentiment analysis and then by addressing content creation, tone, audience targeting, and platform specific dynamics.
The ideal candidate will have strong presentation skills which will enable them to clearly present solutions to clients. They should be comfortable conducting research and analysis in order to establish a good understanding of the business at hand. They should have an interest in examining and streamlining processes in order to make them more efficient. Responsibilities Facilitate and attend client meetings Conduct necessary research to establish ideal solutions for client's business Offer strategic and practical solutions to client problems Present findings to client in concise and clear manner Identify opportunities for improved processes Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in procurement, business analysis and project management in Government/ PSUs or any Govt. run/ Govt. assisted programs. MBA /PGDM or B. Tech or equivalent degree in IT Assist in procurement process including survey of available technological solutions for different aspects of policing viz. Security, Safety, Traffic and Investigation as well as IT hardware and software solutions. Assist in preparing bid documents, RFPs and tender notices. Provide advisory services for transaction structuring, bid evaluation and contract negotiation. Evaluate bids, assess bidder qualification. Assist in negotiating contracts with selected bidders. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and policies.
