Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Analyst (Bid Tender Proposal Management) located in Bhubaneswar, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Analyst will be responsible for managing and writing proposals, handling Request for Proposals (RFPs), analyzing data for proposal development, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. Daily tasks include identifying bid opportunities, developing proposal content, and coordinating with various teams to submit competitive bids.

• Skills in Proposal Management and Proposal Writing
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience working with RFPs
• Excellent Communication abilities
• Proficiency in managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the public sector or consulting is a plus
