Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Consultant. The role involves providing expert guidance on HR management, crafting and implementing HR policies, resolving employee relations matters, and ensuring adherence to labor and employment laws. The consultant will collaborate with clients to analyze their HR needs, develop customized solutions, and drive organizational improvements tailored to their goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Expertise in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Proficiency in addressing Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace environment
• Solid understanding of Labor and Employment Law
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting
• Master's degree or Professional HR Certification (e.g., SHRM or PHR) preferred
• Experience working with public sector organizations is an asset
