Human Resources Consultant

* This is **not** a back-office role.

It’s a true **end-to-end consulting** role where you acquire clients, close mandates, manage hiring and grow accounts.

**What you’ll do:**

• Convert warm inbound leads (HR managers, founders, business heads) into clients

• Pitch, follow up and close recruitment contracts & commercials

• Run hiring end-to-end using our AI platform

• Source, screen, coordinate interviews & close offers

• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business

• Build a small team under you as your portfolio grows

**Earnings & Growth:**

• Fixed stipend: **75% of your current net take-home**

• **10% commission** on clients you acquire

• **5% overriding commission** once you build a team

• Strong performers can earn **₹1L–₹1.5L/month** in 12–18 months

• Long-term **sweat equity** for consistent achievers
