Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Consultant based in Kochi. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and advising on HR strategies. Responsibilities also include fostering a positive workplace culture, addressing HR-related challenges, and supporting organizational objectives by aligning HR practices with company goals.

Qualifications

8-10 years Experience MBA - HR/ Finance Location - Kochi

Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
Strong knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Relations
In-depth understanding of Labor and Employment Law
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time
Experience in consulting or working with small to medium organizations is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
