Senior Human Resources Consultant

Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Human Resource Consultant with strong analytical and strategic skills to lead and deliver HR transformation projects for our clients. This role is ideal for someone passionate about organization development, people analytics, HR digitalization, and performance management. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end HR consulting projects, from diagnosis to implementation. Design and implement HR policies, structures, and performance management systems (PMS). Conduct department-wise gap analysis using tools like McKinsey 7S, SWOT, and priority mapping. Develop customized HR SOPs, role KRAs, competency frameworks, and career paths. Drive change management, employee engagement, and HR strategy execution for client organizations. Analyze organizational data to provide HR insights and decision support. Collaborate with cross-functional client teams and internal consultants for solution development. Stay updated with HR tech trends and tools to digitize HR operations effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications MBA/PGDM in HR or related field. 3+ years of experience in HR consulting, HRBP, or OD roles. Proven track record of delivering impactful HR solutions to clients or internal stakeholders. Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, HR analytics, and organizational design. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail. Show more Show less
