Expand the Key Account portfolio by consistently generating repeat business and enhancing customer loyalty.Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to meet aggressive sales targets and quarterly profit margins, in alignment with Elchemy's Vision, Mission, Values, and broader cross-functional business objectives for the US market.Digital Transformation & Innovation: Champion the adoption of digital tools and technologies to streamline sales processes, enhance customer experiences, and enable data-driven decision-making.
