Role Description The Policy & Compliance Consultant will design, develop, and implement organization-wide policies and compliance frameworks for both manufacturing and service-based clients . This role requires analytical thinking, practical exposure to labor and industrial compliance, and the ability to translate laws into business-ready systems and documentation. The consultant will first create internal Flip Slide frameworks (policy templates, compliance trackers, SOP libraries) and then directly work with clients to customize and execute them. Key Responsibilities Design and draft HR, admin, and operational policies aligned with client industry standards. Develop compliance checklists and trackers for labor laws, safety, environmental, and industrial norms. Conduct policy audits and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with HR, Sales, and Project consultants to ensure policy integration in client systems. Build policy documentation frameworks (templates, flowcharts, SOPs). Research legal updates, maintain compliance database, and train internal teams. Support system implementation and reporting of compliance metrics for clients. Key Skills & Requirement Minimum 4–6 years of experience in policy drafting and compliance management (manufacturing/service). In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR policies, and factory regulations. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to balance legal rigor with practical implementation. Graduate/Postgraduate in Law, HR, or Business Administration (preferred: LLB/MBA-HR). Consulting or multi-industry exposure is a strong plus.
