Key Responsibilities The role involves delivering the following: • Culture Transformation Projects with Existing Clients • Acquiring New Clients • Enhancing Business opportunities with Existing Clients, and, • Leading a team of young dynamic consultants • Acquiring Clients and Delivering Consulting, Culture Transformation and Organization Development Solutions • Conceptualizing & Writing Proposals • Leading Projects Involving Project Planning and Resource Management • Maintaining Relationships with Clients, Associates and Team Members • Conceptualizing and designing Frameworks and Tools • Supervising data analysis and delivering client presentations • Supervising team members and ensuring learning and growth on the job • Ensuring Quality of Client Delivery and driving repeat business • Writing research reports and client case studies. • Managing internal processes e.g. client feedback, learning, collections processes etc. • Improvising and working towards enhanced Consulting Solutions Skills & Experience Required • Team Leadership • Team Player • Excellent Communication and Relationship Building Skills • Executive Presence • Strong Analytical and Conceptual Ability • Confident and Positive Attitude with an Entrepreneurial Approach • Confident, Result Driven and High-Quality Orientation Interested candidates can apply by sharing their resume at careers@invokhr.com or apply via LinkedIn job post.
