Human Resources Consultant

We are currently seeking a talented and professional human resource (HR) to join our team and manage all human resource procedures to ensure smooth functioning of our Chennai office. The successful candidate will take complete ownership of various HR & administrative duties, provide support to the recruitment team, maintain employee records, operate and maintain HRMS and ensure a healthy and secure work environment.

( pls note - this will be a 1 year contractual role )

Key Responsibility Areas

• Creating, implementing, and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
• Manage employee life cycle events (On-boarding to Exit).
• Attendance and Payroll Management.
• Employee engagement activities (Virtual and in person).
• Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Responsible for initiating pre-joining formalities and new joiner engagement till on boarded to respective teams.
• Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem solver, organized and data-driven
• Basic knowledge of working with various sourcing avenues (Naukri, LinkedIn, Career page, Referrals, Headhunting, Social Media websites, etc.)
• Passionate about understanding company culture
