Location: Hyderabad (Work from office only)

Experience: 4–5 years

Travel: Local travel to client locations required

We are looking for an HR Consultant who enjoys working closely with clients, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Role Overview

As an HR Consultant, you will play a key role in managing client engagements end-to-end, translating business needs into practical HR solutions, and ensuring smooth execution across projects.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Project Management

•

• Understand client requirements and translate them into structured HR interventions

• Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations across projects

• Visit client locations (local travel) for discussions, workshops, and reviews

HR Consulting & Delivery

• Support and deliver HR initiatives such as HR audits, policy frameworks, JD design, PMS, HRMS implementations, and organization development interventions

• Work on diagnostic tools, assessments, and reports (quantitative & qualitative)

• Support rollout of HR Footprints’ services, products and frameworks across client organizations

Internal Collaboration

• Maintain project documentation and ensure consistency with HR Footprints’ standards

Must-Have

•

• Strong exposure to client-facing roles and project management

• Solid understanding of core HR areas (HR Operations, Policies, PMS, Talent Processes)

• Good communication skills (written & verbal)

• Comfortable with local travel to client sites

• Exposure to HR diagnostics, audits, or transformation projects

• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
