About the Role – Sales & Alliances Lead

foundational role

What You’ll Do:

✅ Drive B2B consultative sales for nPAS – from discovery to closure

✅ Own the sales pipeline and client conversations

✅ Develop and manage partnerships with HR consultants, firms & networks

✅ Co-create go-to-market plans with partners – demos, trainings, joint selling

✅ Gather on-ground insights to influence product positioning and strategy

✅ Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with field feedback

You Should Apply If You Have:

• 4–8 years of experience in 

  business development, B2B sales

  , or 

  channel partnerships

• Experience selling HR tech, SaaS, consulting, or OD-related solutions
• Strong ability to 

  build trust with CEOs, HR Heads, and business leaders

• A self-driven mindset with a bias for execution and outcomes
• Comfort in working with a small, agile team building something meaningful from the ground up
• Outstanding communication skills
