About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations at the client site
• Act as a HR partner to business leaders and department heads
• Drive workforce planning, employee lifecycle processes, and HR policy implementation
• Ensure adherence to statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments, etc.)
• Manage payroll , variable pay, and compensation structures
• Support performance management cycles and capability-building initiatives
• Prepare and present HR dashboards, MIS, and workforce analytics
• Partner with line managers on employee relations and engagement efforts
• Maintain high levels of confidentiality and integrity in all employee matters

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10–15 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial setups
• Strong exposure to HR Operations and statutory compliance
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Data-savvy with strong analytical mindset
• Working knowledge of payroll, compensation design, and performance frameworks
• Ability to manage ambiguity and multitask in a dynamic environment
