DVBC is committed to helping its clients make the most of their resources and maintain a strong focus on their visions.Job Title:Corporate Events & Entrepreneurs Meet ManagerLocation:Ahmedabad / Surat (Travel as per event requirements)Job Type:Full-Time | On-siteExperience Required:Minimum 4–5 Years in organizing corporate events, startup summits, entrepreneur meetups, or B2B networking forums.Job Purpose:To independently plan, execute, and manage end-to-end business networking events, startup meetups, and corporate gatherings. The role includes responsibility for lead generation, event promotion, registration handling, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.Key Responsibilities & Task List:Phase Task Description1. Event Strategy & Planning Event Calendar Creation Plan monthly/quarterly event schedule Budget Planning Define event budgets with cost breakdown Stakeholder Alignment Finalize agenda with internal teams or sponsors| 2. Lead Generation & Promotion | Lead Sourcing | Identify potential attendees (founders, CXOs, investors, etc.) | | | Outreach & Promotion | Send invites via email, WhatsApp, social media | | | Collaborations | Partner with coworking spaces, accelerators, or industry bodies for higher footfall || 3. Registration Management | Platform Setup | Setup registration forms (Google Form / Eventbrite / own portal) | | | Follow-ups | Manage RSVP confirmations, reminder calls & emails | | | Payment Management | Handle ticketing if it's a paid event || 4. Event Logistics & Operations | Venue Booking | Shortlist and finalize location (hotels, halls, lounges) | | | Vendor Coordination | Coordinate with catering, AV, photography, branding | | | Branding & Collateral | Arrange banners, name tags, backdrops, gifts | | | Agenda Finalization | Freeze flow of sessions, keynote speakers, panels || 5. On-Ground Execution | Team Briefing | Assign roles to team members | | | Attendee Management | Welcome guests, coordinate check-ins | | | Session Flow | Ensure smooth transitions between sessions/speakers | | | Troubleshooting | Resolve real-time issues (power, projector, sound) || 6. Post-Event Closure | Feedback Collection | Share forms or take verbal feedback | | | Reporting | Prepare report with attendee list, photos, highlights | | | Follow-up | Send thank-you notes and business follow-ups |Key Skills Required:Strong communication & interpersonal skillsProven experience in B2B or entrepreneur-focused event planningVendor and budget managementDigital promotion know-how (LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, emailers)Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, Canva or similar toolsLeadership & team coordinationCrisis & time management during live eventsEducational Qualification:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Event Management, PR, or relevant fieldReporting To:Marketing Head / Business Director
