This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at Aliens Group Pvt. Ltd. The Recruiter will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with recruitment, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the entire recruitment process. The Recruiter will also be responsible for building and maintaining a talent pipeline, conducting employment background checks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
