Job Description

As a Recruiter for manufacturing roles, your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with the company's needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and address talent gaps effectively. Your role will involve managing the full recruitment cycle, from posting job openings to facilitating smooth candidate onboarding processes. Key Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for manufacturing roles - Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and address talent gaps - Manage the recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding - Develop a strong talent pipeline through various recruitment channels - Generate Monthly Recruitment Forecasts (MRF) and track hiring metrics using ATS - Oversee onboarding process, including orientation and administrative tasks - Support HR activities such as background checks and record management - Build relationships with educational institutions and talent networks Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role in manufacturing - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus - Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.,
