Job Title: Technical Recruiter RPO Location: Mumbai Experience: 3 -5 Years Industry Type: Recruitment / Staffing / RPO Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: HR / Recruitment Non-IT & IT Recruiter Department: Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Job Summary We are hiring a Technical Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end IT/Technical hiring, preferably in an RPO or staffing agency environment . This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and top-tier clients in a fast-paced, performance-driven setup. Roles and Responsibilities Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical positions including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Understand and analyze technical job requirements across roles like Software Development, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data Science, Product, and UI/UX . Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Naukri, job boards, social media, and referrals . Create and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Partner with client stakeholders and hiring managers to ensure alignment on role expectations and hiring goals. Ensure a top-notch candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Track recruitment data and performance metrics to continuously improve hiring strategies. Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and skill availability. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in any discipline; HR certifications preferred. Minimum 3 years of hands-on technical recruitment experience ; RPO model experience will be an advantage. Experience in handling multiple IT roles at mid and senior levels. Strong command over sourcing and screening techniques and knowledge of IT skillsets and tools . Proficient in using ATS platforms, Excel, and recruitment CRMs . Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, target-driven, and agile mindset.
