Technical Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the

  entire recruitment lifecycle

  for technical positions including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  
• Understand and analyze technical job requirements across roles like

  Software Development, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data Science, Product, and UI/UX

  .
  
• Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels including

  LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Naukri, job boards, social media, and referrals

  .
  
• Create and maintain a

  robust talent pipeline

  for current and future hiring needs.
  
• Partner with client stakeholders and hiring managers to ensure alignment on role expectations and hiring goals.
  
• Ensure a

  top-notch candidate experience

  throughout the hiring journey.
  
• Track recruitment data and performance metrics to continuously improve hiring strategies.
  
• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and skill availability.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; HR certifications preferred.
  
• Minimum

  3 years of hands-on technical recruitment experience

  ; RPO model experience will be an advantage.
  
• Experience in handling multiple IT roles at mid and senior levels.
  
• Strong command over sourcing and screening techniques and knowledge of

  IT skillsets and tools

  .
  
• Proficient in using

  ATS platforms, Excel, and recruitment CRMs

  .
  
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  
• A proactive, target-driven, and agile mindset.
