Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the delivery of projects and services to meet client expectations. Act as the primary point of contact for high-end customers, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly. Oversee project teams, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure successful project delivery. Implement project management methodologies and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated with industry trends, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of technological advancements. Requirements: Bachelors degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is preferred. 15+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in BFSI and Telecom sectors. Experience in managing high-end customers as both Project Manager and Delivery Manager . Strong leadership and team management skills to drive project success. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to engage with clients, stakeholders, and teams effectively. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Ability to make strategic decisions in fast-paced and dynamic environments. A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high- quality outcomes. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Willingness to travel as required for project engagements. Preferred Skills: Strong understanding of the BFSI and Telecom sectors. Expertise in continuous improvement strategies . Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices .
