Delivery Manager

Delivery Manager in our Medical Equipment delivery unit, you will be responsible for,
• Managing and delivering project, as well as driving growth of key account(s) assigned.• Design and implement embedded software for microcontrollers and SoCs used in medical devices.• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define system architecture and integration.• Ensure compliance with IEC 62304, ISO 13485, and other relevant medical device standards.• Participate in risk analysis, FMEA, and documentation for regulatory submissions.• Techno-commercial leadership to address - project proposal; managing project execution in terms of quality, delivery, and schedule; and managing contribution margins at project / account level• Owning governance reviews with - senior management, customer SPOC and customer senior leadership• Develop product / project requirements based on customer requirements.• Develop project proposal working with various stakeholders as a response to RFP.• Innovation orientation - developing solutions / frameworks inline to the needs of business and technological advancements in industry• Guide and motivate team members by cultivating curiosity and deep technical understanding

Primary Skills:
• Extensive Project / Program and Account management experience - including thorough project management, account level cadence, customer relationship management and working with cross functional stakeholders from various practices.• System engineering experience working with cross-functional team of hardware, mechanical, embedded and software engineers• Technical expertise in software with a string track record ino Re-designing and Refactoring of C++ applicationso Large scale legacy software maintenance.o Concepts like C++, STL, data structures, algorithms and UML.o System level architecture designo Proficiency in RTOS (e.g., FreeRTOS,), and embedded debugging tools.• Nice to have experience in application software development using Qt/ QML and UI development best practises.• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
