Job Description

The Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of projects, services, or products to clients. This role combines project management, team leadership, risk control, and customer engagement. The Delivery Manager will oversee cross-functional teams, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality delivery aligned with business goals and customer expectations

Key Responsibilities -

Project & Delivery Management

  • To Plan, coordinate, and oversee the successful delivery of projects.
  • Monitor project timelines, scope, and quality to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Identify risks and issues; develop and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Track project delivery against commitments and escalate deviations in a timely manner.
  • Maintain documentation, reports, and project delivery metrics.
  • Create a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Team & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Lead and guide Integration Manager teams, ensuring clear responsibilities and efficient workflow.
  • Work closely with product team to ensure smooth execution.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for clients, addressing questions, feedback, and escalations.
  • Facilitate meetings, stand-ups, planning sessions, and progress reviews.
  • Develop mitigation plans and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Process Improvement

  • Analyse delivery performance and propose optimizations.
  • Implement best practices and operational standards to improve efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery teams including Integration Manager.

Customer & Service Management

  • Ensure customer expectations are managed and exceeded through clear communication.
  • Gather customer feedback and work to enhance overall service quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and work under pressure.
