Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Delivery Manager based in Pune. The Delivery Manager will oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities include managing program timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, resolving potential issues, and collaborating with clients to align on project requirements. The Delivery Manager will also lead teams, provide strategic guidance, and ensure effective communication between stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

• Ensuring timely scrum ceremonies, reviews, retrospectives, sprint progress tracking, analytics and flagging risks at the earliest.
• Experience in consulting to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Understanding of AI-driven technologies or experience within the education sector is advantageous.
• Proficient organizational and time-management skills to handle complex projects and multiple priorities effectively.
