HR Recruiter

As a Recruitment Specialist, you play a crucial role in the hiring process by screening resumes and job applications, and conducting initial phone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates. Your responsibilities include understanding non-technical resource requirements proactively and collaborating with hiring managers and department heads to comprehend non-technical staffing needs. Key Responsibilities: - Create and implement targeted recruitment plans to meet organizational goals. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business priorities and align recruitment efforts accordingly. - Interview candidates in-person for roles at various levels, including junior, senior, and executive positions. - Track hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire. - Host and participate in job fairs, following up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Qualifications Required: - 1 year of experience in recruiting is required. - Experience with total work of 1 year is preferred. You will also be responsible for effectively communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders, providing updates and insights on recruitment progress.
