Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job openings on various portals and social media. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring. Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation. 2. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances. Ensure healthy work culture and resolve conflicts professionally. Maintain employee engagement activities and feedback systems. 3. HR Administration & Compliance: Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations. Prepare HR reports for management review. 4. Performance & Training: Assist in performance evaluation processes. Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs. Support career development initiatives. 5. Payroll & Benefits Coordination: Work with payroll teams for accurate salary disbursement. Administer employee benefits and insurance programs.
