Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter Intern with an MBA (HR) or related specialization to join our remote team. The selected intern will be responsible for supporting recruitment, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews while gaining real-time exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle. Exceptional performers will be offered a full-time position after the internship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various job portals and social platforms.
• Draft and post job descriptions for open roles.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support HR functions like onboarding and documentation.
• Contribute to employer branding and campus outreach initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA in Human Resource Management or equivalent specialization (freshers welcome).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, or other hiring platforms.
• Passion for learning and adapting in a dynamic environment.
