Job Summary

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates, to onboarding. This role involves partnering with department heads, understanding workforce needs, improving recruiting processes, and ensuring that the company hires high-quality talent in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in HR
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment tools / platforms
• Good judgment and ability to assess candidates objectively
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Basic understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
