Senior Executive-Talent Acquisition (ANZ hiring)

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment for international roles in the US and ANZ markets, with the flexibility to support Indian hiring as needed. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sourcing and attracting high-quality talent through various channels such as social media platforms, job boards, and talent databases. - Conducting market research and salary surveys to stay updated on local market trends for competitive compensation benchmarks. - Collaborating with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring needs and ensure timely closures. - Managing vendor relationships and establishing a strong external talent pipeline. - Negotiating offers effectively while aligning with internal policies and market standards. - Tracking and reporting key hiring metrics to measure efficiency and success rates. - Contributing to employer branding initiatives (preferred but not mandatory). To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 8-10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3-4 years focusing on international (US/ANZ) hiring. - Demonstrated expertise in hiring for both IT and non-IT roles in a fast-paced environment. - Strong understanding of local market dynamics, salary structures, and negotiation strategies. - Exposure to social media sourcing and proficiency in leveraging new-age hiring tools. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and emerging recruitment trends. - Willingness to support Indian hiring during downtime in international markets.
