As a Recruiter at RMX Industries, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle to ensure timely and quality hiring of talent across various departments. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through different channels, conducting interviews, onboarding new hires, and enhancing the employer brand of the company.
