As a Talent Partner at Rubrik, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting highly skilled individuals to support the growth of the business teams. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, developing recruiting strategies, utilizing hiring metrics for efficiency, attending recruiting events, and establishing new ways to connect with top talent.
