Key Responsibilities: - Forecasting business requirements and planning sourcing strategies for just-in-time and proactive hiring. - Driving informed, data-driven decisions. - Cultivating strong business relationships through frequent connects with stakeholders and potential candidates. - Implementing organizational best practices and delivering projects for large-scale hiring. - Managing operational speed for offer selection, negotiation, roll-out, and post-acceptance management. - Tracking and measuring hiring metrics to ensure timely closures within budgeted costs. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. - 8+ years of proven recruitment experience, managing large-scale and complex hiring. - Experience with HR applications, including Applicant Tracking System. - Strong analytical skills to create and maintain dashboards for stakeholder management.
